Sleep Dentistry for Fearful Patients

A unique feature of our office is our ability to provide in-office computer-assisted intravenous sedation for most dental procedures totally safe and monitored with EKG, pulse oximetry, breath monitors and at least two BLS trained staff members present at all times. Patients are always kept at a comfortable level of sedation with all natural protective reflexes intact, and absolutely no recollection of the dental procedure. If you are fearful of the sights, sounds, smells, pressure and potential pain associated with dental care, this is for you! You will never have these concerns again. Dr. Cerceo has specialized training in anesthesia and medicine to safely provide this service.

We routinely provide nitrous oxide and oral sedatives for those patients would like a pleasant experience but do not wish to sleep during their procedure.

For that small percentage of the adult population and for children under eight years old who exhibit the most profound form of phobia, we can provide an in-office Physician Anesthesiologist or Nurse Anesthetist to provide and exclusively monitor the anesthesia for optimum health and safety.
